Refunds, if any, shall be via check only and only to the paying party. If payment(s) were paid via credit/debit card, any credit/debit card service fee(s) shall be deducted from the refund, as the service fee(s) is/are charged in full and will not be returned. Also, if payment(s) were made via credit card, the refund shall not be paid until after the credit/debit card payment has processed in full.
